Management Team at Mankwe Wildlife Reserve.
 

Dougal MacTavish: Chief warden of Mankwe Wildlife Reserve. He has worked in conservation for over 25 years. 17 years in South Africa and 9 years in Zimbabwe. He is CIS qualified, Master Tracker, Level 1 Field Guide, First Aider and Professional Hunter with Advanced Driving License.

Lynne Levitt: Operations manager of Mankwe Wildlife Reserve. She holds a tourism diploma and has worked in the tourist industry for 15 years, 7 years on the reserve. She is Level 2 Field Guide, First Aider and is a qualified Earthwatch P.I.

Peter King & Rowenna Baker: Joint coordinators of the NKOMBI Volunteer Programme. Both are FGASA Level 1 Field Guides and qualified First Aiders. Rowenna holds a HNC in Countyside Management at distinction level and they have both been involved in practical volunteer programmes for over 3 years.

Buti Phalatse: Senior tracker and chief foreman on Mankwe Wildlife Reserve and heads a team of 5 experienced trackers who all have exceptional bush skills. Together, they help the management team run the reserve to a high standard.

Louis Phipps: Scientific Research Co-ordinator and ornithologist. BSc (Hons) Zoology from University of Durham. FGASA Level 1 qualified and First Aid Level1. Currently studying a MSc with the University of Pretoria.

Gillian MacTavish: Company Secretary and book keeper.

Makhosi Ramela: Qualified chef, first aider and mother of 2 children.
