_Nightlife
When the spectacular
bushveld sunsets fade and our guests are enjoying their
traditional sundowners the day is certainly not over. One can
quietly listen to the sounds of the night, jackals, night jars,
owls and frogs while watching the fire flies and bats flitting
over the water or sit around the camp fire relating the days
events.
One can take part in drumming evenings where guests are taught
traditional African beats on a jembi drum or join a night drive
where spot lights are used on open vehicles to try and locate
the shy nocturnal creatures such as aardvark, brown hyenas,
caracals and porcupines.
