_Workshops
| Volunteers will
undergo a series of workshops throughout their first week on the
reserve. These are mostly in conjunction with the practical work
and research that will be undertaken during your stay. Previous
knowledge in the field of conservation, although valuable is not
essential and these workshops are designed to provide enough
theoretical and practical experience for the volunteer to feel
competent in their research tasks. Workshops are also designed
to increase the volunteers appreciation of their local
environment by learning some local language, traditional cookery
skills, tracking in the bush and local craft making. |
